Revina Ann (Byrns) Owens

Mrs. Revina Owens, age 57, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at 2:13 PM at her residence.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory.  Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00 PM with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

Revina was born on November 2, 1964 in Warren County, KY to the late Charles Earl Byrns, Sr. and the late Mary Elizabeth (Logan) Byrns.  She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Johns Byrns, Sr. and Charles Byrns, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dale Owens; 2 daughters, Elizabeth Reynolds (Patrick) of Alvaton, KY and Amy Gent (Josh) of Franklin, KY; 7 grandchildren, Jackson Sanford, Sawyer Harlow, Spencer Gent, Easton Reynolds, Kenton Reynolds, Preston Reynolds and Autumn Reynolds; 1 sister, Melissa Sadler (Dickie) of Alvaton, KY; 2 brothers, Mike Byrns (Joyce) of Bowling Green, KY and Frank Byrns of Bowling Green, KY.

Revina is a member of Eastside Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin, KY.  She was a 1982 graduate of Warren Central High School in Bowling Green, KY.   Revina retired from New Mather Metals in Franklin, KY.  Becoming a grandmother (Nummie) was the highlight of her life.  She enjoyed shopping, roller skating, working crossword puzzles and giving and caring for others.  Revina had a unique sense of humor.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory to help with Mrs. Owen’s final expenses.  Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
