Ms. Rachael Barrow, age 41, of Franklin, KY, passed away, Wednesday, March 10th, 2021 at 9:09 AM at her residence.

There will be a private graveside service.  Ms. Barrow’s wishes were to be cremated.

Rachael was born on November 3rd, 1979 in Franklin, KY to her parents Merrill and Rhonda Barrow whom survive.  She is also survived by a son, Roman Rigsby of Franklin, KY; a sister, Holly Britt (Austin) of Lebanon, TN; a niece, Avery Britt; a nephew, Camden Britt; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Freddie Elaine Rust and her paternal grandparents, Preston Barrow and Allyene Barrow.

Rachael was a 1998 graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School.  She loved art, enjoyed drawing and was an avid reader.
