Larry Alan Dotson

Mr. Larry Alan Dotson, age 69, of Franklin, KY, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020, at 10:18 AM at the VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where a graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 24th, 2020 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY with Military Honors by the Simpson Co. Honor Guard.

Larry was born April 20, 1950 in Grundy, VA to the late Bobby Dotson and the late Emma Lee Miller. He was also preceded in death by a son, Craig Alan Dotson, and a brother, Craig Dotson

Larry is survived by his wife; Deloise Wilburn Adams Dotson of 15 years, step-son; Kerry Adams (Katie) of Franklin, KY, 2 brothers; David Dotson (Mary Jane) of Cunningham, KY, Bobby Lee Dotson of Fedds Creek, KY, 1 sister; Myron Dotson Justice (Danny) of Fedds Creek, KY, 2 grandchildren; Kelton Adams and James Adams, Godchildren; Harlie, Benjamin and Colton Stringer.

Larry was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
