Kirk's wishes were to be cremated.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Kirk was born on February 9, 1966 in Detroit, MI to the late Alan Roy Arnold and Susan Dickieson Arnold, whom survives.

In addition to being survived by his mother, Susan Arnold, he is also survived by 1 sister, Heidi Fuller (Raymone) of Franklin, KY; 2 nephews, Alex Fuller (Rachel) and Ray Fuller, Jr. (Ginnie); 2 nieces, Alannah Fuller and Aysia Fuller; and 8 great-nieces and nephews.

Kirk was a member of Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green, KY and attended Franklin Community Church in Franklin, KY.  He earned his GED in 1992, 3 years after being paralyzed from his auto accident. He then went to University of Kentucky for four years and Western Kentucky University for 2 years eventually earning a Bachelor's in English. Kirk also worked for the Franklin Favorite writing/reporting for the sports section for a number of years. Until the past few years, Kirk was always out and about enjoying life driving his van, visiting friends and family in surrounding counties taking his nieces, nephews and their friends places. He enjoyed going to car shows, races at Beech Bend and The Highland Games at Barren River State Park. He enjoyed going to Hot Rod games and seeking out good and different places to eat. He also loved going to different Amish communities and made many friends there. He even transported some of his Amish friends when they needed to get to the bus station or airport for out of town trips. He enjoyed attending church and was involved in many different ministries throughout the years. We can't forget that he was a die hard UK basketball fan. Kirk will be remembered by most as always having a smile and a positive attitude. He loved his family dearly and was especially proud of his nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his family and so many people that he crossed paths with  through the years. He worked for Wal-Mart as a greeter and in the electronics department.  Kirk also was a substitute teacher for Simpson County Schools and Warren County Schools.
