Charles Milton Burysek

Mr. Charles Milton Burysek, age 82, of Portland, TN, passed away Sunday, April 5th, 2020, at 4:30 PM at his residence.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Robertson County, TN., and the services will be private.

Charles was born on September 17th, 1937 in Simpson County, KY. to the late Miles Burysek and the late Sue Evelyn Groves Burysek.

He is survived by his two children, Rhonda Prevatte of Portland, TN. and Charles E. Burysek of New Port Richey, FL.; 5 grandchildren, Chuck Burysek, Jennifer Montgomery, Justin Prevatte, Christopher Perez and Jeremy Lyons; 2 sisters, Joyce Goostree of Cross Plains, TN. and Ginger Parker of Murfreesboro, TN.

Charles was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Portland, TN.  He was a retired ironworker for the Local 397 and also served in the Army.  He was an avid racecar driver.
