Billy Ray Moore

Mr. Billy Ray Moore, age 82, of Franklin, KY passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 3:05 AM at the
TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.

Mr. Moore’s wishes were to be cremated with no services.

Billy was born on January 23, 1940 in Simpson County, KY to the late Myrte (Dillard) Moore and the late Charlie
Moore Sr. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Charlie Moore Jr. and Paul Moore, and 2 younger
brothers.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Diann (Brandon) Moore; 2 children, Clay Moore (Melissa) of Portland,
TN and Betsy Trogden (Jon) of Bowling Green, KY; 3 grandchildren, J.P. Ford, Will Trogden and Noah Trogden;
and 1 brother, Bobby Moore (Martha) of Franklin, KY.

Billy was retired after 38 years with Potter & Brumfield. He was a member of the Simpson County Fish & Game
Club since 1960. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.
