Alice Ray (Robinson) Carter

Mrs. Alice Ray Carter, 83 years old, passed away at Signature Healthcare in Portland, TN on Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021.

Alice was born in South Port, NC but lived in Franklin, KY for many years to be near her children and grandchildren.

She was born to the late, Larry and Evelyn Robinson of Supply, NC on September 10, 1938.  She was also preceded in death by her ex-husband, Wayne Carter of Franklin, KY.

Alice is survived by 2 children, Pam Carter (Robbie Bradshaw) and Ray Carter (Kathy Cochran); 3 grandchildren, Treven Carter, Colby Carter Bradshaw and Braylen Carter all of Franklin, KY.

Ms. Carter’s wishes were to be cremated and her ashes be taken back home to Holden Beach, NC.  There will be a memorial there at a later date.
