William Paul Kitchens
November 16, 1935 — August 21, 2016
Mr. William Kitchens, age 80 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 8:59 AM at the Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, August 24, 2016 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY. Military honors will be conducted by the Simpson County Honor Guard.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late George Kitchens and late Lula Cardwell Kitchens. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters Lillian Eldridge, Kathleen Graves and Lorene Forshee, 3 brothers George Thomas Kitchens, Joseph Kitchens and Franklin Dee Kitchens.
He is survived by his sister Brenda Marr of Franklin, KY. and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Kitchens was a retired employee of Potter & Brumfield and an Army veteran. He was a member of South Franklin Baptist Church.
Visitation will begin Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM Wednesday until funeral service time at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
