Mr. Timothy Lane “Hoot Owl” Jones, age 65, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Friday, August 11th, 2023 at 6:55 PM at his residence.

Mr. Jones wishes were to me cremated, services will be private.

Timothy was born December 27, 1957 in Portland, TN to the late Covis C. Jones and the late Flora Hazel (Boyd) Jones. He was preceded in death by his, step-mother, Rita Jones; 3 siblings, Frances Calvert, Terry Jones, Bert Jones, step-brother, Kenneth Heady

He is survived by 3 siblings, Jerry Jones (Pauleita) of Franklin, KY, Linda Ownby of Chattanooga, TN, Michael Tracey Jones (Rhonda) of Chatsworth, GA; sister-in-law, Amy Jones of Franklin, KY, serveral nieces and nephews.

Timothy enjoyed playing cards and shooting pool.
