Tiffany Dawn Clark

Ms. Tiffany Dawn Clark, age 56, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at The Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY. She was just shy of her 57th birthday, born on January 24, 1969, in Tennessee.

Tiffany cared for others as a self-employed Home Health Aide, enriching the daily lives of many with kindness. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her professional life into her personal passions, where she excelled at cooking, organizing, crafting, and enjoying the great outdoors. Tiffany cherished moments spent around the bonfire, listening to music with loved ones.

Tiffany leaves behind a legacy of love through her five children: Amanda Rigsby of Goodlettsville, TN, Michael Ryan Rigsby (Courtney Dawn) of Goodlettsville, TN, Jordan Chastain (Tiffany Eden) of Hartsville, TN, Josie Chastain (Brandon McMillin) of Franklin, KY and Olivia Hadden of Franklin, KY. Her presence will also be dearly missed by her nine grandchildren: Hailee Rigsby, Andrew Logan, Savannah Highley, Ashton Reid, Sharon Jordyn, Iva Anne, Chancey Lee, Jada Louize Taylor, and Jace David Eugene McMillin, as well as her great-grandchildren: Elijah Bo Rigsby, Walker Hayes, Oakley Hayes, Jordan River Rigsby, and Lindyn Hargroves; and her husband, Dennis Cummings of 13 years.

Tiffany is also remembered by her cherished fur babies, Whiskers and Mariah, and a wide circle of friends who will miss her terribly.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen (Bracey) Clark.

Ms. Clark's wishes are to be cremated and the family will have a celebration of her life at a later date.
