Sherry J. Wimpee, age 54 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, November 25, 2013 at 8:08 A.M. at her residence.
A native of Muhlenberg, Co., KY., she was the daughter of the late Walton M. Joiner and the late Mary Lee Vier Joiner. She was preceded in death by a son William Lawrence Wimpee.
She is survived by a daughter Rebecca Stubbs (Brandon) and a son Walton T. Wimpee both of Franklin, KY.; 2 brothers: Terry Joiner and Daniel Joiner both of Franklin, KY. and a sister Angela Weldon of Marietta, GA.; 3 grandchildren; Genevieve, Gwendalyn and Ada Stubbs.
Ms. Wimpee was an employee of Berry Plastics, a member of the Franklin Presbyterian Church, VFW Post 5706 Auxiliary and American Legion Unit 62 Auxiliary. She was a beloved mother and grandmother.
