Mr. Eugene Swindle age 85, of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Saturday, August 13, 2016, at 2:35 PM at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.
Funeral arrangements are under the Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 16, 2016 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
A native of Macon Co., TN. he was the son of the late Allie Jane Swindle Landrum and was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law Edith Swindle.
He is survived by his daughters Anna Jean Bennett (John) of Bowling Green, KY., Lisa Shrull (Scott) of Franklin, KY. and son Jimmy Swindle of Franklin, KY.; 3 grandchildren Kelly Bush, Natalie Shrull, Nicholas Shrull and great grandaughter Makinlee Webb.
Mr. Swindle was a farmer and a member of Blackjack Baptist Church.
Visitation will begin Monday, August 15, 2016 at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM Tuesday until funeral service time at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
