Mr. Rickey Darrell Henderson, age 56 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 2:24 PM at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY
Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 20, 2015 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Herschel Henderson and Joyce Finn Henderson who survives of Franklin, KY. He was preceded in death by a grandson Jonathon Eaton.
Other survivors include his wife Lynn Henderson, 2 children Cari Stewart (Jason) of Franklin, KY. and Eric Henderson of Palm Bay, FL., 3 step-children Larry D. Cassity (Charolette), Cathy Eaton (John) and David Shanklin (Janetta) all of Franklin, KY., 3 brothers Micheal, Louis and Jeff Henderson all of Franklin, KY. and Brenda Brown of Franklin, KY., 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Henderson was a member of the Blackjack Baptist Church, N.R.A., U.A.W. H.O.G. and formerly served with the Simpson County Rescue Squad.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM Sunday, July 19, 2015 with and from 6:00 AM until funeral service time on Monday at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Simpson County Relay for Life.
