A former Franklin, Ky. native, Mr. Ray Huffines, age 73, of Clinton, Arkansas, died Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the Clinton Hospital in Clinton, Arkansas.
He was the Son of the late Harvey Victor Huffines and the late Carrie Ann Toney Huffines. He was preceded in death by 1 Daughter Anita Davis, 3 Brothers Junior, James and Vonnie Huffines, 5 Sisters Georgia Downs, Delmarie Cain, Lovie Turner, Almer Carver and Elizabeth Huffines.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Nancy Huffines of Clinton, Arkansas, 8 Children Sheila Mitchell, Kevin Huffines, Lisa Kemp, Denise Kail and Pam Netherton all of Gallatin, TN., Mike Huffines of Nashville, TN., Paul Neal of Clinton, Arkansas and Phyllis Anderson of Sacramento, CA., 1 Brother Carmen Huffines of Indianapolis, IN., 15 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren..
Mr. Huffines was a member of the Portland Assembly of God and retired Manager of Franklin Concrete Plant and Gallatin Concrete Plant.
