Mr. Patrick "Putt" Ford, age 58 of Franklin, Ky., entered into rest Friday, November 18, 2011 at 2:00 A.M. at the Hospice Center in Bowling Green, Ky.
A native of Tonawanda, NY., he was the son of the late Ben A. Ford and Betty H. Ford who survives of Madison, TN..
He is survived by his wife Charolette Gregory Ford, a son Nathan Ford of Franklin, Ky., 2 step-daughters Crystal Ferguson of Cottontown, TN., Dena Jarman Shadowens of Franklin, Ky., a step-son William Jarman of Franklin, KY., 6 Brothers Mike and Richard Ford of Franklin, Ky., Thomas and Jack Ford of Madison, TN., James Ford of Key Largo, Fl. and Dan Ford of Albuquerque, NM., 2 sisters Janice Jones and Sharron Gammons both of White House, TN., 8 grandchildren J.P. Ford, Tristian Adams, Justin, Brittany, Gavin, Allie, Luke and Ethan Jarman.
Mr. Ford was an employee of Luvata Manufacturing Company.
