Ortwin Moeckel

Mr. Ortwin Moeckel, age 79, of Franklin, KY, passed away, Thursday, January 14th, 2021 at at 5:10 am at the Franklin-Simpson Nursing and Rehab Facility.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home Crematory, Franklin, KY.  Mr. Moeckel’s wishes were to be cremated with no services.

Ortwin was born on October 10, 1941 in Germany. He was the husband of the late Fae Moeckel.

Mr. Moeckel was retired from Brown Printing and also was a greeter at the Franklin Wal-Mart for many years.
