Mrs. Norma June Logan, age 82 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 7:48 AM at her residence.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Cremation was chosen her cremains will be buried at a later date.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., she was the daughter of the late James Herschel Hammond and Alma Frances Gettings Hammond. She was the wife of the late Eugene T. Logan. 2 sisters, Virgie Carter and Jewell Pickard and 3 brothers Homer, Willie D. and Charles L. Hammond preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son Michael Logan of Portland, TN., 2 grandchildren Jacky and Jamie Logan, 4 great grandchildren and a sister Wilma Hammond Boren of Franklin, KY.
Mrs. Logan was a member of the 3rd Ave. Baptist Church in Law, KY. She was a member of the American Legion Post #62 Auxiliary and was retired from Kendall after 23 years and a homemaker.
Visitation will from 10:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
