Mrs. Muriel Frances Charles, age 84 of Bowling Green, KY., entered into rest Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the Franklin-Simpson Nursing and Rehab Center in Franklin, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Christ United Methodist Church in Bowling Green, KY. Cremation was chosen.
A native of Gloucester, Mass., she was the daughter of the late John D. Bowen and the late Sarah F. Butler Bowen.
She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Welcher of Bowling Green, KY., 3 grandchildren Elizabeth Covington, John Welcher and Sarah Amick.
Mrs. Charles was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church where she was a member of the WMU. She was retired from Triple A South in Tampa, FL.
