Micheal Earl Coleman

Mr. Micheal Earl Coleman, age 77, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025 at his residence in Franklin, KY. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory in Franklin, KY. Visitation will continue on Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY. 

Micheal was born on August 21, 1948 in Logan County, KY to the late Earl Coleman and the late Susie Lucille Coleman. He is also preceded in death by 5 siblings, Roger Dean Coleman, Thomas Delbert, Jerry Williams Coleman, Lillie Dale Coleman and Caroline Coleman; and a nephew, Jimmy Coleman.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Coleman of Franklin, KY; 2 Children, Joseph Michael Coleman and Amy Beth Coleman-Huff (Jeff); 5 grandchildren, Summer Wix (Dylan), Kaden Dowdy and Gabriel Dowdy, Karyen Huff and Kaylee Huff 3 great-grandchildren, Ryker Wix, Lexi Wix and Jenna Lou (AKA the boss) Wix; and 3 siblings, Ray Coleman, Kenneth Coleman and Ruth Law.

In his free time Micheal loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
