Maribeth Jane Green

Mrs. Maribeth Jane Green, age 73 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:40 AM at the Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 13, 2017 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

A native of Wellsville, OH., she was the daughter of the late Noel A. Manypenny and the late Elizabeth Frenger Manypenny.  She was preceded in death by her brother Mike Manypenny.

She was survived by her husband Donal Green, and son Chris Green (Connie) of Franklin, KY.  3 grandchildren Dilan, Alli and Hiatt Green.

Mrs. Green was a homemaker and former employee of Western Kentucky University.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Simpson County Homemakers.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, December 12, 2107 at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM Wednesday until funeral service time at Gilbert Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
