Kenneth Paul Boren

Mr. Kenneth Paul Boren, age 69 of Franklin, KY. died Saturday, February 24, 2018 in an accidental drowning in Drake Creek off of Kenny Perry Drive in Simpson Co., KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home.  Mr. Boren’s wishes were to be cremated and a private services will be held at later date.

Mr. Boren was born June 6, 1948 in Simpson Co., KY., to the late Paul Vickers “Porter” Boren and the late Dorothy Buchanon Boren.

He is survived by his wife Lisa Link Boren, his son Paul Boren and his fiancée Kelli Moseley of Franklin, KY., a sister Linda Ferrett (Gene) of Franklin, KY., and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Boren was a member of the Franklin First Baptist Church, he was retired accountant from Dana Corporation and had worked for Drackett Manufacturing and Sealed Power.
