Karen Denise Worley

Karen Denise Worley passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, at her residence in Franklin, KY.

Karen was born on Wednesday, September 18th, 1963, in Altus, OK, to Marilyn Gail (Goza) Browder and Jerry Carr. She was a proud veteran, having served her country with honor in the United States Navy.

Karen loved for her family, reading, and had a deep appreciation for music, and enjoyed traveling. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

She is survived by her four children: Justin Carr (Nichole) of Milton Pace, FL, Nicholas Carr of Milton Pace, FL, Meghan Kochevar (Justin) of Milton, FL, and Brianne Cafarella (Colton) of Franklin, KY. Karen was a proud grandmother to twelve grandchildren: Kaylee, Ryleigh, Easton, Aubrey, Justin, Jr., Kenslee, Madelynne, Willow, Landyn, Monroe, Lincoln, and Gabriel. She is also survived by her siblings, Renee Lawrence of Powhatan, AR, and Steven Carr of Milton, FL, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Marilyn Gail (Goza) Browder and Jerry Carr, her stepfather, Bull Browder, and her siblings, David Carr and Al Carr.
