Jo Ann West

Mrs. Jo Ann Gass West, age 74, of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Friday, August 19, 2016 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Funeral arrangements are under the Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 23, 2016 with burial to follow in the Hillsdale Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY.

A native of Simpson Co., KY., she was the daughter of the late Ezra Lee Gass and the late Frances Leona Clark Gass.  She was preceded in death by a brother Harold Gass and sister Wilma Elise Gass and grandson Kade Brawner.

She is survived by her husband Chuck West, 2 daughters Christy Fuqua (Mark) of Bowling Green, KY. and Stephanie Brawner of Franklin, KY., son Chuck West (Kim), and sister Debbie Tuttle (Joel) all of Franklin, KY.;  6 grandchildren Matt Fuqua, Nick Fuqua, Cody West, Danielle West and Dalton Brawner; 2 great grandchildren Paxton Fuqua and Caroline Fuqua.

Mrs. West was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will begin Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Monday, August 22, 2016 at 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM Tuesday until funeral service time at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
