Mr. J. W. Culverhouse, age 22, of Bowling Green, KY., died Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Gonzales of injuries sustained in an work related accident.
A native of Waco, TX. he was the son of the late Jerry Culverhouse and Teressa Birdsong Culverhouse who survives of Waco, TX.
He is survived by 2 Children Jaden Culverhouse of Franklin, Ky. and Peyton Scott of Scottsville, KY., a Sister Jennifer Culverhouse of Bowling Green, Ky. and a brother Clint Culverhouse of Franklin, Ky., his grandmother Suzanne Diaz of Franklin, Ky. and a host of other family and friends.
