Henrietta Marlin, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at the age of 85, at the Franklin-Simpson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin, KY. She was born on Thursday, September 12th, 1940, in Sumner County, Tennessee.
Henrietta was a laborer at Kendall Company/Berry Plastics. She was a graduate of Portland High School in Portland, TN. She had a love for learning throughout her life, finding joy in reading and sewing during her leisure hours.
Her legacy continues through her beloved family. Henrietta is survived by her son, Cliff Marlin and his wife, Melissa, of Franklin, KY; her granddaughter, Whitney Marlin England and her husband, Michael, also of Franklin, KY; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tollie Roberts and Lilly (Pedigo) Marlin, as well as her siblings, John Wesley Roberts, JR Roberts, and Paulin McMillin.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory in Franklin, KY, on Monday, June 15th, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm. A graveside service will follow at Mitchellville Cemetery in Portland, TN, at 1:00 pm.
