Private memorial service will be held.
Gracie was born on February 17, 1999 in Bowling Green, KY to her parents, Bruce and Julie (Steenbergen) Powell of Franklin, KY, whom survive. She is also survived by 2 brothers, Dakota Powell (Kayla) of Franklin, KY and Dillon Powell of Franklin, KY; and 2 nieces, Lola Powell and Sara Powell.
