Gladys “Puddin” Forte age 87, of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 4:30 PM at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Mrs. Forte’s wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She is survived by a nephew Cadwick Parker of Louisville, KY.
