Mr. Gerald “Scott” White, age 70 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen.

A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Malon White and the late Blanche Lawson White.  He was preceded in death by 3 sisters Deana Lowhorn, Betty Rogers and Evelyn Brown; 4 brothers Fred, Douglas, J. W. and Earl White.

He is survived by 2 sisters Wilma Bohannon (Johnny) of Franklin, KY., Lynda Pippin (James) of Gallatin, TN. and his brother Charles “Chic” White (Lou) of Franklin, KY.;  several nieces and nephews.

Mr. White was an Army veteran serving in Viet Nam.

There will be no services at Gilbert Funeral Home.
