Mrs. Emma Carlene Hurt, age 70, of Franklin, KY., died Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 12:30 A.M. at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.
A native of Warren Co., KY., she was the daughter of the late Carlie Payton Kirby and late Martha Josephine Cotton Cline.
She is survived by 2 Daughters: Sharron Stamps Cockrell and husband Dr. Gary Cockrell of Brentwood, TN.and Vicki Stamps Parish husband Mike Parish of Franklin, KY.; a sister Beth Ann Lee of Russellville, KY.; 3 Granddaughters: Crystal Jones, Amanda Washington and Jenifer Hardcastle; a grandson Brandon Jones and 6 Great Grandchildren.
