Mrs. Edna Earle Scott, age 98 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 3:05 A.M. at the Medco Nursing Facility in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY. she was the daughter of the late Otho D. Haydon and the late Emma Dale Elliott Haydon. She was the wife of the late Lewis David Scott. She was preceded in death by a daughter, baby Ethel Scott, and a son Louis Douglas Scott.
She is survived by a daughter Patsy D. Randolph and her husband Larry and a son Bill Scott and his wife Kenny Lynn all of Franklin, KY., 9 Grandchildren Scott, Todd and John Randolph, Ann Randolph Maxwell, Jamie, Steve, Chris, Bill Doug and Tom Scott, 12 Great Grandchildren and a niece Jo Lynn Lantz of Atlanta, Ga. and several cousins.
Mrs. Scott was a member of the Franklin Church of Christ, former member of the Ella Hoy Goodnight Music Club, Historical Society and a former volunteer at the local hospital.
