Eddie Forshee

Eddie Forshee, age 71, of Franklin, entered into rest Monday, March 13, 2017 at 12:15 PM at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, March 17, 2017 with burial to follow in the Providence Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son the late Lawrence Forshee and the late Willie Richardson Forshee. A daughter Natasha Forshee, 2 brothers Larry and Robert E. “Butch” Forshee and a sister Ruby Andrews, preceded him in death.
He is survived by 2 children Larry W. Forshee (Nancy) and Linda Jo Brewster (Tim) both of Franklin, KY., a grandson Michael Brewster, 2 brothers Bobby Joe Forshee and Jerry Forshee both of Franklin, KY. and a sister Betty Cherry of Indianapolis, IN.
Mr. Forshee was a Baptist and retired from Otokumpu Copper and he had worked as a mechanic at Lane King Chevrolet and with his brother Larry.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday. March 16, 2017 and from 6:00 AM until service time on Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
