Mr. Perry's wishes were to be cremated with no service.

Donnie was born on November 11, 1957, Allen Co., KY to the late Meredith Lee Perry and the late Lois Madelene Uhles. He was the husband of the late Deea Perry.

He is survived by a step- son, Mark Payne of Franklin, KY; siblings, William Lee Perry of Scottsville, KY, Rebecca Sue Britt of Scottsville, KY, Bobby Glen Perry of Bowling Green, KY, Ricky Joe Perry of Franklin, KY, Lois Christine Ausbrooks of Scottsville, KY; several nieces and nephews.
