Mr. Donald Carroll Lane, age 75, of Franklin, Ky., died Friday, September 4, 2009 at 12:38 A.M. at the Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky.
A native of Robertson Co., TN. he was the son of the late Fay Lane and the late Willie Ann America Clinard Lane.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Carol Cropper and her husband Bill and Donna Lacer and her husband Duke all of Woodburn, Ky. and Alice Faye Murley and her husband Michael of Auburn, Ky., 5 Grandchildren Chad Cropper, Heather Montgomery, Ben Kirkham, Eric Lacer and Bonnie Kirkham, 3 Great Grandchildren Steven and Julie Cropper and Isabelle Lacer, 2 sisters Marhta Faye Carter of Petersburg, IN. and Lillie Mae Rippy of Cross Plains, TN. and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Lane was a self-employed contractor and member of the Bethel Grove Church of Christ..
