Mr. Donald Lee Burton, age 66, of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Sunday, May 9, 2010 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.
A native of Mitchellville, TN., he was the son of the late Charlie Oscar Burton and the late Gladys Odell Marlin Burton. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters Barbara, Patsy and Shirley Burton and a brother James Allen Burton.
He is survived by his wife whom he married on June 3, 1963. Margie Poole Burton, a daughter Lisa Donette Burton Ratliff of Franklin, KY., a son Don Michael Burton and his wife Gina of Franklin, Ky., 3 Brothers Harold, and Roger Burton both of Franklin, KY., and Ray Burton of Hawii, 3 Grandchildren Christian and Tiffany Ratliff and Brenley Burton and several beloved Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. Burton was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, he was a former coach for the Franklin Little League and Pee Wee League, and a former Cub Scout Leader, he formerly worked at Law’s TV Repair, Paula Heat Inc. in Nashville and Marvels / Dayton Walter Inc in Franklin.
