Diana Sue Cowles McCormick

Mrs. Diana Sue Cowles McCormick, age 60 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Friday, October 27, 2017 at 6:33 PM at the Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 31, 2017 with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY.

A native of Johnson Co., KY. she was the daughter of the late Galen Earl Hall and the late Nannie Clark Hall.  She was preceded in death by a daughter Nicole Cowles and a sister Gladys Caskey.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth “Whitey” McCormick, her children Bobby Cowles II, Scottie Cowles (Whitney), Kevin Joe Cowles (Lisa Slack) and Susie Cowles (Mike Hesson) all of Franklin, KY., 5 sisters, Jessie Everson, Dottie Williams, Garnetta Estes, Patty Wilkerson and Launa Stevens all of Franklin, KY., 4 brothers Ricky, Donald, Jerry and Milburn Hall all of Franklin, KY., 14 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren, 2 step children Heather Alafa of Toledo, OH. and Kim McCormick of Bowling Green, KY. and 6 step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. McCormick attended the Church of God and was a former employee at Franklin Aluminum.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday, October 30, 2017 and from 6:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
