Clifford Carnahan

Mr. Clifford Carnahan, age 64, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Sunday, October 11th, 2020, at 6:15 AM at his residence.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home, Franklin, KY.  Cremation was chosen with no services.

Cliff was born on April 16th, 1956 in Franklin, KY to the late Rutherford B. Hayes Carnahan and the late Ruby Jane Escue Carnahan.  He is also preceded in death by a half sister, Sandra K. Hudson; a niece, Lynn Short; and first wife, Tina Marie Carnahan.

He is survived by a son, John Carnahan (Elizabeth) of Edmonton, KY; 4 grandchildren, Justin M.P. Stewart, Jr, Gavin Carnahan, William Levi Carnahan, Joshua Wesley Hunter Carnahan; a sister, Lillie Carver of Franklin, KY; nieces and nephews, Hattie Hines, Paul Adcock, Ricky Byrd, Tommy Adcock, Anita Brown, Kim Epley, Paul Short, Joanie Hester, Darshell Short; brother-in-law, Douglas Short.

Cliff was a mechanic and could work on anything and fix about anything.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are to be made to Gilbert Funeral Home to help with Mr. Carnahan’s final expenses.
