Carol Dianne (Pearson) Harris

Mrs. Dianne Harris, age 82, of Woodburn, KY, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023 at her residence.

Dianne was born on January 6, 1941, in Franklin, KY to the late L.D. and Virgie Pearson. She was a graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School. She was a factory worker and retired from the Kendall Company.

Dianne was a member of Woodburn Baptist Church and loved going to church more than anything else. She loved people, loved her family and loved her church family. She was generous, compassionate, faithful and a friend to all.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Don; her daughter, Tracy (Tommy) Newton of Woodburn, KY; her son, Tim (Kacy) Harris of Woodburn, KY; two grandchildren, Wade (Marti) Harris of Nashville, TN and Shelby (Justin) Turner of Bardstown, KY; one sister, June (Billy) Bennett of Franklin, KY; two brothers, L.J. (Helen) Pearson of Franklin, KY and Wayne (Twyla) Pearson of New Bern, NC; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Woodburn Baptist Church, 600 Woodburn Allen Springs Road in Woodburn, KY, with burial to follow in Woodburn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 23rd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and will continue Monday, July 24th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
