Mr. Carl Raymond Nichols, Jr, age 50 of Adolphus, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 6:31 PM at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
Services are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation.
A native of Nashville, TN., he was the son of the late Carl Raymond Nichols and the Glenda Hardaway Spivey who survives of Adolphus, KY. He was preceded in death by a sister Crystal Lee Nichols.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Lucas Nichols, 3 children Charles Nichols and Kellie Nichols both of Bowling Green, Ky. and Carl Raymond Nichols, III of Adolphus, Ky., 2 sisters Lynn Morrison of Somerset, KY. and Kimberly Hammonds of Franklin, KY., a brother Donald Nichols of Adolphus, KY., 8 grandchildren Nila, Amiaha, Steven, Aden, Paxton, Christian and Harley Nichols and Zachary Cloud.
