Mr. Carl Donald Brady, age 81 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 7:20 AM at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Sulphur Spring Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY. Cremation was chosen.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Ernest Hambrick Brady and the late Lizzy Mae Hayes Brady. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers James and Larry Brady.
He is survived by his wife Linda Stewart Brady, a son Steve Brady (Monecia) and daughter Cathy Knight (Doug) all of Franklin,KY.; 2 sisters Linda Huff (Neal) and Dorothy Gregory all of Franklin, KY.; a brother Robert Brady (Clara) of Scottsville, KY.; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Brady was a former employee of Kirby Building Systems as a welder and an Army veteran.
Visitation will be begin Sunday at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home.
