Mr. Bruce Finley Anderson, age 72 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 7:30 PM at his residence.
Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 27, 2016 with burial to follow in the Sulphur Spring Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY. Military honors will be conducted by the Simpson County Honor Guard.
A native of Logan Co., KY. he was the son of the late Walter Finley Anderson and the late Duane Ramsey Anderson. He was preceded in death by a son James Preston Anderson.
He is survived by his wife Joanie Anderson and a son Bruce Anthony Anderson both of Franklin, KY.; 4 sisters Rebecca Jenkins, Joyce Brewey, Martha Burchett and Vickey Sherman all of Franklin, KY. and a brother Alvin Anderson of Cadiz, KY.; 2 grandchildren Jazmine Anderson and Jaxson Ranburger.
Mr. Anderson was a retired Air Force veteran and a member of the Lighthouse of Truth Church. He was a former employee of Silgan Plastics and Berry Plastics.
Visitation will be begin Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Noon 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM Wednesday until funeral service time at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
