Billy Gosnell

Mr. Billy Gosnell, age 82, of Franklin, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 5th, 2020 at 8:04 AM at his residence.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home.  Billy’s wishes were to be cremated and services are to be private.

Billy was born on December 23rd, 1937 in Franklin, KY, to the late Lester Gosnell and the late Edna McLendon Gosnell.  He was the husband of the late Bobbie Gosnell.  He is also preceded in death by a son, Billy Davis Gosnell and a granddaughter, Sabrina Nichole Gosnell.

He is survived by 3 children, Tommy Gosnell of Franklin, KY., Vickie Baird (Steve) of Bowling Green, KY. and Gary Gosnell of Franklin, KY.; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Alfred Gosnell of White House, TN. and Pete Gosnell of Franklin, KY; 2 sisters, Sue Carver of Franklin, KY. and Doris Keen of Franklin, KY.

Billy worked at USA Steel in Portland, TN before he retired.
