Mrs. Benny Wilson age 79, of Franklin, KY. entered into rest Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 1:17 PM at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY. she was the daughter of the late Willie Ben Adams and the late Eunice Hollingsworth Adams. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law Mark Brown.
She is survived by her husband Charles Wilson, 2 children Kelly Ann Brown of Franklin, KY. and Kent Alan Wilson (Abby) of Franklin, KY., 6 grandchildren Cheyenne, Maverick and McGavinn Brown and McKenzie, Chase and Conleigh Wilson, 2 brothers Jackie and W.B. Adams both of Franklin, KY.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of the First Baptist Church. She worked at Kendall and retired from Franklin Bank and Trust.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at the First Baptist Church and from 6:00 AM until funeral service time at the First Baptist Church.
