Allyson Grace Denton, a beloved mother, daughter, fiance' and friend, passed away on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, at the age of 22. Born on Monday, February 16th, 2004, in Springfield, TN, Allyson was a devoted stay-at-home mom.

Allyson resided in Simpson County, KY, where she created a warm and loving home for her dear daughter, Presley Jade Denton. Allyson's love for Presley was immeasurable, and she embraced the joys and challenges of motherhood with grace.

Surviving her are Presley Jade Denton, her precious daughter; her devoted parents, Joseph and Annette Fuqua of Franklin, KY; her fiancé, Samuel Ochoa; her maternal grandfather, Robert Denton, Jr.; grandmother, affectionately known as "Nana," Shelby Denton; grandfather, lovingly referred to as "D," Tommy Davenport; and her great-grandmother, Lillie Mae Rippy. Allyson's aunts, Teresa Simms "Aunt Tesa", Robin Paton (Jason), and Dawn Alston (Charles); her uncles, Kevin Adamson (Edgar), Odie Teague (Tammy), Jarred Fuqua (Kristy), Mikey Dowlen, Trai Davenport (Bethanie), and Jason Denton (Rachel), alongside numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Linda "Granny" Denton; grandmother, Elaine "Nana" Davenport; and her aunt, Amanda Dowlen.

Allyson was a dedicated stay-at-home mom, whose greatest love was her baby girl. She poured her heart into nurturing her daughter, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.

To celebrate Allyson's life, a funeral service will be held at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory in Franklin, KY, on Sunday, July 19th, 2026, at 2:00 pm with interment to follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery in Portland, TN. Pallbearers will include Devyn Fuqua, Warren Denton, Cason Denton, Maximus Alston, Jaxon Patton, Trace Davenport, Joshua Geery, Gabe York and Caitlyn McCrory. Honorary pallbearers are Tre Dowlen and Will "Bubba" Stone. A visitation of family and friends will take place before the service, Sunday, July 19, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
