Alice Gentry

Mrs. Alice Gentry, age 93, of Franklin, KY, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Hopkins Nursing & Rehab in Bowling Green, KY.

Her wishes were to be cremated.

Alice was born on August 1, 1932 in Overland, MO to the late, Lloyd Thomas and the late Jewell (Clauser) Thomas. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Gentry; 1 daughter, Patricia Graham; and 2 siblings, Paul Thomas and Dale Thomas.

She is survived by 2 children, Carol Cary of Franklin, KY and James Graham Jr. of St. Louis, MO; 2 Granddaughters, Allyson Rushin (Cody) of Franklin, KY and Stephani Barrett (Jason) of Stilwell, KS; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 siblings, June Amelong of St. Charles, MO and Harold Thomas, Fredericktown, MO; and several nieces and nephews.

Alice enjoyed playing cards, reading and she was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
